Sydney Trains Maintenance Optimisation

Sydney Trains Fleet Maintenance Division (FMD) engaged Transport Engineering to review the current fleet maintenance model for their electric fleets and provide options and recommendations ahead of the 2017 / 2018 timetable changes.

Following the review Transport Engineering made a number of recommendations, in line with industry best practice, to increase fleet reliability and availability.
